2018 Turkey Scholarships Program for undergraduate, graduate degrees now open for applications

The 2018 Turkey Scholarships Program is now open for applications. The program provides education opportunities to international students who wish to study in the most prestigious universities in Turkey to attain undergraduate and/or graduate degrees.
