DOST-Newton Fund PhD Scholarship programme is now open for applications

The British Council is pleased to announce that the DOST-Newton Fund PhD Scholarship programme is now open for applications.

The aim of the DOST-Newton PhD Scholarship programme is to facilitate the capacity building of individuals, and the building of sustainable, long-lasting links between the UK and the Philippines. The scholarships are for full-time PhD study in the UK from December 2015 until January 2019.

This opportunity is open to students who are eligible to apply for the DOST-Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) and the DOST-Accelerated Science & Technology Human Resource Development Programme (ASTHRDP).

Applications are now being accepted using the online form. Deadline for receipt of applications is on 17 August 2015.
