CHED issues 2nd call for proposals for financial assistance

The Commission for Higher Education (CHED) has invited higher education institutions (HEIs) to apply for a new financial assistance scheme.  The grants to be awarded under the Preliminary Survey Assistance for Accreditation (PSAA) consist of P100,000 per program (maximum of three programs per HEI).  Grants under the Institutional Development Assistance for Accreditation (IDAA) consist of P500,000 for library upgrade and P500,000 for laboratory upgrade. The deadline for submission of revised proposals or new applications is September 30. These may be submitted to the CHED Office of Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance or to the CHED Regional Offices.  Read the memorandum from the CHED chairperson here.

This is to announce the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) call for applications on the CHED Financial Assistance for Accreditation

We enjoin units offering professional degree programs to identify recognized national/international accreditation agencies in their fields and submit proposals for the Preliminary Survey Assistance for Accreditation (PSAA) and Institutional Development Assistance for Accreditation.

Please submit your applications to OVPAA on or before 15 September 2014 to meet the 30 September 2014 deadline of CHED. Please ensure that documents to be submitted are COMPLETELY and ACCURATELY filled-out. For inquiries please call up CHED at 441-1254.
