CHED Centers of Excellence and Development
Since 1999, CHED has designated Centers of Excellence to departments within a higher education institution that “continuously demonstrate excellent performance in the areas of instruction, research, and publication.”
A Center of Development (COD) refers to a department that demonstrates the potential to become a Center of Excellence in the future.
