ACCOMMODATION REMINDERS

  1. The conference fee includes participation in all paper presentations, poster presentations, and workshops. It also includes morning and afternoon snacks and lunch on 15-16 June. The welcome dinner on 15 June is covered.
  2. The conference fee does not include fees for community visits. Community visits fee will be announced soon.
  3. The fees are non-refundable. Keep proof of payment. This needs to be uploaded on the registration link.
  4. Registration closes on 15 May 2026 but proof of payment will be accepted until 14 June 2026.
  5. The conference organizers shall not be held liable for any personal incidents, including but not limited to travel-related risks, injuries, or loss of property. Registrants are advised to secure and/or rely on their own personal insurance coverage for such cases.
  6. The conference will be documented through photos and videos for promotional and related purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any photo or video documentation, please inform us in advance.
  7. Participants are requested to notify the conference organizers should they require letters of support in order to attend.
